The Client:
A large financial firm leased 420,000 rsf in a 950,000 rsf downtown office building.

The Opportunity:

Although the tenant had engaged another national firm to conduct lease audits on this headquarter's location for the last three years, they decided to hire RTG hoping for better results.

The Process:
The landlord agreed to reduce or eliminate pass-through expenditures on: miscalculated management fees, certain advertising and promotional expenses, charitable contributions, parking garage expenses, and miscellaneous capital expenses.

The Result:

The tenant received a refund check for $460,000.
